Enzo’s pizza instead of Naunas!

This week, Enzo’s pizza is coming to MKA instead of Nauna’s pizza. For some students, they will miss Nauna’s. However, there are many students I know who are going to rejoice at the Montclair pizzeria, Enzo’s, coming to the school. MKA student Taylor LeFevre says that he has never been to Enzo’s before, but does not like Nauna’s. He hopes that the pizza at Enzos will be much better than Nauna’s. Another MKA student, Sam Mellow, says that Enzo’s is miles better than Nauna’s. Students hope to see Enzo’s pizza in the cafeteria soon

Even now, the fires from many different places and gases are burning through the ozone layer. The ozone layer is a protective filter that surrounds our planet. Well New Year’s is just a month away! New Year’s eve is on Saturday, December 31,2011. New Year’s day is on Tuesday, January 1,2011.  Even in faraway places people are preparing for the new year. Preparations are now underway for the 26th London’s New Year’s Day Parade set to take place on January 1st 2012. London’s New Year’s Day Parade 2012, is the first official event in a year of celebrations to mark Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee. London’s New Year’s Day Parade 2012 is also the first official event in London’s Olympic year. The summer olympics will take place in London in 2012. The start of the parade starts in Berkley street and goes past Dover, Albemarie, OLd Bond, and Sackville Street. The parade goes through Cockspur and Whitehall Street. Then it ends in Parliament Square.

You have probably heard of other princes, like Prince Charming.  Well, there is a prince who is more valiant, caring, and definitely “healthy.”  His name is Prince Chunk (aka Princess Chunk, Captain Chunk, real name: Powder). Here is his story.  On July 28, 2008, he was found abandoned on the beach of Voorhees, NJ by animal control and weighed in at forty-four pounds.  At the shelter, he was notorious for his incompatibility.  His owner, an elderly Voorhees resident, had abandoned him because she didn’t have enough money to take care of him. After being adopted by a different family, he lost lost 22 pounds.  He has only fallen two pounds short of the world record .  He has made television appearances on Live with Regis and Kelly, Fox News, Good Morning America, and MSNBC.
